Delivery
We use reputed courier companies like Ekart, Xpressbees, Bluedart and Delhivery. It usually takes 2-3 days to ship the product and 8-10 days to deliver the product.
Tracking details are sent via e-mail/SMS as soon as we ship and you are responsible to track your own orders and follow up with the courier company.
Deliveries and dispatches may get affected due to COVID restrictions imposed in various states.
The Manan is not liable for any delays in delivery by the courier company.

Return Policy
We stand behind the quality of our products and guarantee our workmanship 100%. Any defects or errors on our part will result in a replacement at no charge.
We typically do not accept returns due to user error such as incorrect selection of sizes, designs, colors, etc.
We just can accept return for damage or bad printing result, wrong size and design from us.
If you have received incorrect size or design, please mail us at info@themanan.in. Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, we can’t offer you a replacement.
We print on demand, so we do not keep stock/inventory for exchange.

We team up with trusted courier services like Delhivery, Bluedart, Ekart, Xpressbees, and more to ensure prompt delivery of your orders. In most urban areas of India, expect delivery within 7-10 business days from date of order if placed before 12 PM. However, deliveries to Jammu & Kashmir and Northeastern states may take 12-14 business days. Please note, business days exclude Sundays, public holidays, festivals, and local strikes. All-Over-Print (AOP) orders typically take 12-14 days to deliver due to the intricate fabrication process. While we aim to meet these timelines, any delays due to courier operations are beyond our control. For rural areas, shipping may exceed the stated timeframe.
After placing an order, allow 3-4 days for processing, potentially extending if our team is overwhelmed, involving tasks like printing, stitching, and packaging. Our production cycle starts at 12 PM daily; orders post this time are usually processed the next day.
We generally don't accept returns or exchanges for incorrect selection of size, design, color, or customization errors as we produce items on order to serve our niche audience efficiently. If we make an error, we'll gladly replace it free of charge; notify us at info@themanan.in with reasons.
For size mismatches, provide clear pictures or a video showing the issue. Upon validation, we'll send a free replacement. If you still want a replacement unrelated to our error, it's at your expense. Contact us for assistance and payment details.
Cancellation Policy: Orders are final once printed or manufactured. Changes can be made if production hasn't started. After that, no changes.
